Rude Lady
This is the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced in a shop. One lady walked out in tears...I'm not much of a cryer but was in compete shock at the rudeness of the woman who I was served by...She also asked for cash in hand and marched my mother to the cash point for payment of a dress.....I am still in shock!

Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!
Beyond rude! That is the only way I can describe the owner of this business! Un-courteous, unprofessional, unhelpful, ignorant, pompous and generally stuck up. To add to this list they managed to lose parts of my wife’s wedding outfit that we had brought to them in good faith to sell on our behalf and had the audacity to imply they had never received. Magically after a few days of complaining, they managed to find said items. I can’t recommend enough that you bypass, detour and avoid this business at all cost.

Very poor customer service, very rude at times. The alterations I paid for were not made. Would not recommend.
