DO NOT USE!!!!!!
I ordered a hamper for my mother in law - £120 - who loves thorntons but is actually in a hospice - we ordered this for her birthday so she could enjoy her fav chocolate - the hamper we ordered online had actually been discontinued for the last 6months, I paid for next day delivery but the alternative hamper didnt even get dispatched for a week and a half after ordering!! Staff where rude on the phone, one even laughed and asked why we would buy a dying woman a hamper of chocolate!! Because it was her fav and we wanted to give her a nice bday - so she could enjoy them while she still had the ability to have them! I ended up having to call the director of the company in order to get any sense!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!
