Show's the a change is always worth it!
Having used a well known rental company a few times in the past I was shocked when I arrived and was told "sorry we haven't got a van available" even when I had booked 2 weeks prior. Despite having my tel number etc no-one bothered to ring to tell me! I contacted Thrifty who offered me a van that day at a competitive price and with a smile. The customer service was great and they've won my future business
