Online delivery service atrocious!!!
Having parted with a huge sum of cash, £777....I found myself without a bed altogether! A single Mum and respectable trainee teacher I was told that as a result of my complaint in relation to their poor service, my order was cancelled! I was shouted at by a rude customer service operational and told my custom was unwanted, after my having arranged for someone to wait in my house, only to be told they'd made a complete botch of my order and were willing to offer me yet another 3 hour slot 'sometime' on Saturday...eating into my weekend. Very poor service indeed. Would not recommend.
