Selection

Before we select a cleaner who will carry out your house cleaning to your personal needs, we carefully check their references and vet them in their own homes to determine the high standards required. Next we look for the right attitude and personality in the person to whom we will trust to care and clean your home.

You'll even get to meet your cleaner prior to the cleaning commencing! That way you'll be able to relax, confident in the knowledge that your home will be cleaned by someone you've already met, who'll be properly motivated and you'll get the same, regular cleaner each week.

Dedication

We have dedicated teams of cleaners who are insured through our franchises for up to £2 million in accidental property damage. There is a £100 excess on all claims that you will be liable for, but that is only to help keep our rates down and remain competitive. All we ask is that you hire our service for a minimum of two hours per week and sign a contract for a three-month term. That will give you time to ensure the right cleaner has been assigned to you and that you are happy to continue with our service on a monthly rolling basis.
