threatening court action under Section 14 of the Sale of Goods Act
within 4 weeks and about 120 miles of buying a ford fiesta, the rear wiper didnt work, the driver inside lock deteriorated until it took up to 7 attempts to open and the car broke down due to suspected old engine oil not being changed, causing a blockage which overloaded the fuel pump. The managing director has refused to refund, replace or repair anything so I am pursuing court action.
