Cracked a bracelet
I brought my brand new white watch to the Timpson with a ceramic bracelet that required removing 4 links. The guy who did shoe repair said he will do it. I came back half an hour late to find out that he cracked the bracelet and blamed me saying that I brought it like that. He kind of saw the crack and decided not to touch it. I have left all the protection on the watch when I got it as my friend said that when she did the same they have scratched her metal bracelet. Basically I am pretty sure that the watch I left with him was in a perfect condition and he returned it to me with a crack and a chipped off bid at the place where he tried to remove the metal straw. He even did not bother to wash his dirty hands of the stuff that he uses for shoe repair and stained the bracelet.
