Bad experience

Terrible service from Steve working from his house in hammerwich, had my windows tinted by him (£125) the back window wasn’t very good at all and he said yeah bring it back to me and I’ll sort it but sign this paper first..... rang him over 60 times in 2 weeks no answer and when he does answer his excuses are “I’ve seen your calls and messages but I’ve not been well” yeah of course you haven’t been well but you really didn’t sound like you wasnt very well when I rang from another number to “pretend” I was getting my windows tinted..... been to another PROFESSIONAL window tinter (both in his work and customer service) and paid to have it re done because you wasn’t willing to part with correcting your work and wouldn’t answer your phone...... hence why the 1* review! AVOID!!!! Still Wanting a partial refund like mentioned on text aswel!!!!
