dint bother

I've waited 3 weeks , they say on answering machine that they call back in an hour!!!! Try never, they are very quick to call back with a quote , then forget it, they booked me in after a 3 day call back, then , it was booked in for Wednesday, they phoned and left message on Monday saying couldn't come as arranged on the tuesday morning but would try for tues evening!!!!!! I. Was booked for Wednesday!!!. So I phoned the 0845 number and left. Message, I also phoned the mobile number and left message AND A text. Next morning as I was concerned they would turn up on the wrong day I that I wouldn't be ther I phoned first thing Tuesday morning, again I phoned both numbers ( left messages and texts) eventually I got an answer at about 9.30. I was told they were sorry for mix up and would try to arrange for the Wednesday and would phone back in 5 minutes. I phoned both numbers nearly every hour from 9.30 am - 6.30 pm that evening , leaving messages each time. NOT ONE REPLY. It's now 9.30 pm the night before they were supposed to come to do my windows, but seeing as they cancelled wrong day and not replied my messages I have no idea if they're. Coming tomorrow . I wish I hadn't wasted 3 wks waiting. There customer service is non existent . Don't waste your time, find a reliable company.
