I practice both Hypnotherapy and Reiki independently. Hypnotherapy can help with most issues, more commonly used for anxiety, stress (personal, work, school) depression, weight loss/gain, phobias and fears, insomnia, confidence - including sports/stage performance, grief and loss. Reiki works with the bodies natural energy system (the immune system) to rebalance it and clear blockages, very useful for anxiety, relaxation and rebalancing. It can also induce great sleep.
