You'll get abuse from management
I don't appreciate being sworn at when I am complaining about a service I am paying for, and didn't get! Just awful.

What a joke
Why did we bother with these guys? Run down old coach that weren't clean. Questionable driving. Rude staff when pointing out short-comings in service. Luxury travel? Ha! I've had better transport in old metro cabs! Go with someone else and save yourself the headache.

ok, but rude staff
they are cheap, but dont expect anything luxury as their marketing claims. they did get us from a to b but the staff were quite rude at one point and the coach was run down and looked ancient.. we even joked if it had an mot, which the driver laughed at one point and said 'you have no idea' which did kind of make us a bit nervous, but i think he was joking. you get what you pay for i guess, an old heap of metal and disgruntled driver. i can't say i'll use again or recommend. :(

do NOT risk your reputation or lives with this company!!
i am absolutely stunned that a company like this can exist. we had a coach to take a group of us up north. the coach was late and the driver was scruffy and rude. when we got there, the driver didn't have local knowledge and dropped us a way from our destination! on the way back the next day, the driver was again, late to pick us up and looked tired, and one person said they thought he SMELT OF DRINK! we thankfully arrived back safely. we naturally complained to the company about the conduct of this driver and the whole experience, and a guy (owner?) was extremely rude on the phone and got abusive, swearing a lot. he said he wanted to meet face to face so we went to their 'offices'.... it's more like a scrap junk yard with a beaten up old portacabin, the 'fleet' looked old and tired and the guy was again very abusive. we are currently fighting the fees. we have since been told that this company was in the national news a few years back because a driver took a gun onto a school run bus!
