Poor customer service
We had 7 windows fitted to 1st floor of our property last year, however a year down the road we had problems with draughts. Trying to get Callaghan windows back was a nightmare, their lack of customer service was unbelievable. The fault was a manufacturing problem, however all Callaghans could do was blame the 3rd party. I eventually met with Mrs C who again quickly blamed the 3rd party, didn't not offer apologies for her lack of response. The problems were resolved, but now we have another problem and experiencing the same couldn't care less attitude. My advice to you is beware and go elsewhere
