Tom's knowledge of all things tech is fluent and impressive. He makes non-techie people feel informed and explains things in a way that is warm, welcoming and accessible to all. His rates are reasonable and he's a really nice guy. He will tell you if something is not worth repairing or if there is a cheaper way around the problem, how brilliant is that? He will work all hours to get things done and is really, really good at what he does. What's not to like?
