warning ⚠️ sorry it’s a long one Please avoid anything to do with Proper Premier Fitters, formally know as Too Cool Cucumbers (dissolved) and now re-branding as Kitchen Perfection. Basingstoke & Surrounding but I’m sure they’ll travel further to rip people off. In July 2022 we paid £5,500 to have our small bathroom renovated with a further £2,000 to be paid on completion. (They did want £6,500 upfront but we negotiated the £2000 on completion. Day 1. The only thing they did right was rip out the existing bathroom. Day 2,3,4,5 & 6 were spent attempting to tile. I’ll add photos and video of the work which was pulled down and re-started on day 4-5 by the same tiler (who doesn’t like using spacers ). On day 6 when the tiles were still not level and after refusing to send another tiler, saying he had “complete faith” in his employee, we finally had enough and asked them to leave. Not a single job didn’t need redoing, cut as many corners as they could, bought substandard products for the money paid. You may look on their page and see some excellent tiling work, this is not common practise and your bathroom/kitchen will be hit or miss. You’ll also see a post correcting issues after they “failed to execute the correct finish” I can assure you that this is also not common practice… see other reviews They grossly inflate the price of what they buy saying that they never compromise on quality when in actual fact they just buy cheap ⚠️ Do your research ⚠️ Do yourself a huge favour and avoid. Lesson learned.
