Typical of a chain store I'm afraid, mediocre at best. There are far better places to spend your money than Topps.

i recently went to tile depot who promised good service, but when i went to collect my tiles i discovered they were not even ordered upon asking when i might expect them i was greeted with a blank look,i also went to two other shops in mk one of wich was topps tiles and i found the new manager and staff very helpfull.even going the extra bit in collecting my tiles from other shops in the area so i didnt have to incur any cost postponing my tiler..alltogether a good experience

Disgusting service
I found they promise the earth then deliver nothing.A phone call to the customer would be nice,but I had to make all the phone calls myself. How hard can it be. I cancled my order and had my money back. (NEVER AGAIN)

disapointed
they didn't seem to know much about anything really. i found the whole experiance quite impleasent there was no help or advice from anyone who worked there. it almost appeared like they had all just started at the store and no one really knew what they were doing. it also came across that the member of staff didnt want to serve me as he didnt seem to want to listen to my needs kept texting on his phone while i was talking(very rude) he then turned and asked me if i was planning on spending any money on that day or not? after i said to him i was not sure because i did not know what i fully wanted and turned and said that if that was the case i should go and look around by my self as he had other things to do. quite disapointed really.(found my tiles elsewhere in the end, tile depot GREAT)
