AVOID. Unprofessional poor quality workmanship

I asked for a quote for a new porcelain patio and sleepers for flower beds, including topping up with soil and stone. This work was never completed, and the work that was done was of a very low quality. The patio installation was particularly poor. Where tiles needed to be cut there were rough edges everywhere, and nothing lined up. What's worse is that the tiles have already started lifting. The garden was left covered in rubbish, both from the packaging around the patio tiles, which were all trodden into the lawn, the old log roll just left in place where it was supposed to be removed, turf just thrown into the flower beds, cigarette ends and cigarette packets all over the lawn along with what looked and smelt like the remains of cannabis joints. I contacted the company and let them know, before they disappeared and they promised to come back and rectify. What followed was weeks of broken promises to turn up and many, many excuses as to why they have failed to turn up each time. Eventually we had to dispose of all the waste ourselves. Eventually John did turn up, many weeks later but the remediation work was of the same poor quality as the rest of the work. Cutting the rough edges of the tiles down he managed to scuff over the top of the tiles with an angle grinder leaving an unsightly scratch. An attempt was made to re-seat one of the tiles that had lifted, which resulted in 8 of the surrounding tiles to be badly chipped, and to top it all off that tile has lifted again. I again messaged the company to advise of my dissatisfaction, but no response has been received. I would avoid this company at all costs.
