SECURITY SYSTEMS

We have a well-deserved reputation for the quality of our Security and Intruder Detection installations. Operating throughout the UK, we install high performance equipment from domestic applications right through to advanced systems for multi-commercial properties and high security environments.

Our intruder detection systems have been improved and developed with the Police Force over the years to create superior systems, designed to spark an alarm when an intruder is detected. We design and install a solution based on specific requirements, including systems with window sensors, door contacts, movement detectors and point-to-point detection. All designed to high security standards to ensure safety and security in any property.

Our systems can be tailored to any specifications and are particularly experienced in providing wireless intruder detection and wireless CCTV, battery operated systems for environments where cables are unsuitable or permitted.

We also provide Security System monitoring meaning the system is monitored off site by the East Midlands Central Station in association with TIS.

Our systems for Education Authorities are now being installed in increasing numbers, providing security and the ability to respond rapidly to events as they occur. All our systems are designed and installed in accordance with the NACOSS code of practice and comply with all relevant British Standards. We are also proud to be an NSI approved company.

MAINTENANCE & SERVICE

TIS provide reliable and economical service and maintenance packages to a wide spectrum of clients in the public and private sectors. We have established a network of dedicated area engineers, giving our customers the confidence of service continuity and rapid response.

Through our Head Office, we operate a 24-hour computerised Helpline, which records all calls and creates status reports, which can be accessed at any time. This rapid response system ensures that an engineer can provide immediate attendance to a customer call.

Extensive stocks and fully equipped service vehicles guarantee that replacement parts will be dispatched immediately. If repairs are not possible on site, engineering support is available through our modern, highly equipped repair centre. If equipment has to be removed from site, standby or loan equipment will be installed to maintain coverage.

Fully scheduled Maintenance Programmes are compiled from statistical attendance reports in order that preventive maintenance is planned effectively and arranged to meet with customers' working schedules.
