EVENT PROPOSAL – Their team was responsible for the original ideas and with the ‘Time for Change’ event this was indeed a challenge as we were partnering with our Management Development consultants on delivering our vision and values. It was a full day with multiple events taking place in a formal structured environment and critical that it kept to schedule which it did to the minute. The theming ideas for the other 2 balls were imaginative and inspiring and left our staff with fantastic memories. EVENT EXECUTION – This was executed in such a way that if there were any challenges on the day then we were not aware of them as the team handled everything professionally and with ease. EVENT BUDGET – On each occasion we were within budget with no unexpected hidden charges. Tracy drove the prices down with suppliers to meet our expectations without compromising quality or service. CREATIVITY – Each event was challenging in their own way and they had the responsibility to turn empty shells into conceptual excellence and they delivered the WOW factor in each case. I would like to confirm that Tracy Lavin Events have managed the award ceremonies for our long service award events for the last nine years in the North West for between 100 and 580 employees each year. This has included booking of venues & marquee, theming of room, presentation of awards, sourcing & printing of trophies, audio visual & lighting, live music, full coordination prior to events,transportation, managing and staffing event on the day.
