Rude office manager

I was expecting a delivery on the 16th, however on the 13th the driver of this company called saying he was 10min away from my house. I arranged for my husband to go back to the house (he had a 25min drive from work).The driver at all times was polite and waited, however after 30min the office manager called me and very rudely he said to me that his driver had been waiting for 45min and he was about to asking the driver to leave. When I told him that the delivery was not arranged for the day and my husband had to leave work he replied that he was going to cancel the delivery anyway. I told him to go ahead as I knew that my husband was already home and accepted the goods. I have given this review one star as the driver was excellent but the office manager was extremely rude. I am now upset with the company I bought the goods from and although it's not their fault I won't buy from them again. So if you are a business think twice before you arrange deliveries with this company as you might lose customers because of them.
