We are providers of endurance based training for walkers and trekkers looking to enhance their fitness to undertake various walking/trekking events for charity or otherwise. Trek-Fit is run by Jim day who is an experienced endurance walker/trekker and has completed the Atacama Crossing Chile and the Everest Marthon Nepal. Also numerous other events up to and including 100 miles (in 35 hrs ).
