My mother is older and disabled. In theory Mr. Bownass did a house survey for her in July 2009. He did not do so properly. He missed the fact that they patio doors had bits missing from it's mechanism, he did not test windows that did not open. When my mother tried to get in touch with her, he ignored her telephone calls. This man is a rogue trader. Do not use.
