TUS begins well. Unfortunately it goes downhill rapidly he does not reply to calls, does not contact you for several weeks despite various promises, has to be chased for receipt for work done, turns up when he feels appropriate, gives the impression he's doing you a big favour doing your job, when tackled re: issues becomes verbally abusive and walks away - be warned. Getting parts seems to be a major issue for him taking an inordinate amount of time doing so but no informing you either
