I booked a Taxi for 20.10.17 8.15am to take me to Heathrow Airport. The cab did not turn up. Calls to the phone number simply went into answer phone. I have left messages but have not even heard from the company. Totally unreliable.

Booked a car for 2.30am for the airport,when it wasn't there at 2,45am I rang them and was told it will be there in another 10 minutes,so I waited until 3,15am still no taxi arrived rang them again only to be told it was not coming now as he had broken down. I understand these things happen but by now I am already 45 minutes late and it was me that rang them not them letting me no what was happening. The only thing the man said was I'm not coming you will have to find another means of getting to the airport. We had to get our elderly mother out of bed to take us in the end. we just made our flight no thanks to 24/7.
