Dale Toner Dale Toner Dale Toner completed the course with us in Gosforth. He has just been offered an apprenticeship as a chef at Jesmond Dene House Hotel in Newcastle. Jesmond Dene House is an award-winning Restaurant (three AA Rosettes) which has had some top chefs work there over the years.

Alex Fannon and Stephen Ong Alex Fannan and Steven Ong Team members Alex Fannan (left) and Steven Ong (right) are both now doing positive things with their lives. Alex is now on a bricklaying apprenticeship with Trade Training Associates in Palmersville and enjoying the experience. Steven is currently employed by a construction company called MPB and he is working as a chain lad (engineers assistant) doing civil engineering. Both completed the 12 week programme and within a year they are both looking at futures within the construction industry. Both have said that they benefited from doing the 12 week programme and had a fun 12 weeks as well as helping their personal skills development.
