Your technician Matt was so assuring when I explained that after car had stalled a number of times on the way to work and that I was afraid of it happening again on the way home. Thankfully he had an appointment available and was with me by mid afternoon. It took only minutes to diagnose the fault and Matt was extremely helpful in explaining my options Being a girl who knows nothing about cars I'd usual seek advice from friends and family but I felt confident enough to go with the service I'm so thankful and satisfied with not only the job but also the level of customer service. I've had my diesel Mondeo for 8 years and it'd never given a moments concern until recently when it started cutting out under acceleration and flashing the glow plug light on dashboard. Taking advantage of Carbon Cleaning's free diagnostic service one of the likely causes was a clogged EGR valve. The diagnosis report recommended a carbon cleaning service. Upon arrival Matt plugged his computer in and confirmed the error code related to the EGR valve sticking so proceeded with the service. 30 minutes later the service was finished and whilst Matt packed up I took the car for a quick spin, just like he assured me the problem was resolved. It would have cost me £50 just for a diagnosis at my local garage and I dread to think what they'd have charged for a replacement part + labor. £89.99 for a carbon clean is a bargain, I'll definitely be adding this to my annual service on both our cars!
