Absolute joke
Parcel delivered to my address while I was out. Which is funny as I live alone and nobody else has access to the property. Didn't leave a card to say where it was but I did get a text to say that I myself had signed for it at 10am. I have complained time after time and been told that the driver will come back to rectify this. This company is run by and employs exclusively complete and utter liars. Avoid at all costs.

Dreadful. Incompetent.
Time sensitive cotract documents. Alleged that the item had been delivered and that I had signed for it but never arrived. Supposed to deliver on a Tuesday but allegedly could not find the address of a large business centre. Then rescheduled for Thursday but never arrived. Rang call centre who gave me three different stories about where my parcel was with promises to call back that never materialised. Lied to about where parcel was, lied to about returning calls, incompetent & lazy drivers. Do not use under any circumstances!

Worst Company Ever
For a next day delivery I have waited 8 working days. Numerous call to customer services, who were useless and continued to lie to me. This company should be struck off.

terrible
waiting for delivery today, spoke to advisor they said it was not out for delivery, I advised I was told it would be and asked who I spoke to, no record of the advisor I spoke to, they said there might be a problem with depot and they will call me back in 2 hours and if not i call them back(on hold for 20mins) item still not arrived and can not get hold of depot. Absolute joke I have never used this company and will stick with APC/Swift despatch as they actually deliver!!!

useless and incompetant
I would never willingly use this company again and I shall ensure that any purchases I make in the future that require delivery are not to be routed through them.my Saturday morning delivery has still not arrived on Monday morning and the retailer informed me it would be a waste of time chasing it .now I am left with financial consequences,and they still don't know what is going on !
