We ordered a product on Friday just gone for next day deliver. It failed to show. Upon contacting the company, we received a large rambling email from the salesman lecturing us on UK standard business practice. He also said that any negative reviews would result in him making personal comments about our lack of knowledge of such practices. A mistake is a mistake and we would have been fine had he simply contacted us to inform us that there had been a misunderstanding. The customer is always right.... or perhaps not when you are dealing with this company. Absolutely pathetic customer relations. Perhaps this is a one off? I'd be surprised judging by his response
