Poor service
I have bought an architrave which arrived as polystyrene. It is not specified anywhere on the website that this is the material. Return wasn't accepted, the reason - time - 3 weeks from delivery but taking into consideration Christmas period - in my opinion should be accepted. Very unpleasant gentleman on the phone saying to me to "shut up".

Excellent product and service!
I purchased some coving from the website but as I wasn't sure of what I needed I rang them and they were extremely helpful. I received my order straight away, perfectly packed and I was surprised withthe quality of the product. My builders fitted it and it looks like real coving (it's the lightweight version that I bought) which I am very happy with! I would definitely recommend as they seem to have the biggest selection ever and all of high quality. I also bought a ceiling rose for my chandelier which is stunning. Very very happy overall.
