About
The name of our system is Nam Pai Chuan (Northern Southern Fist). We are a broad based system incorporating all true elements of Chinese Martial Arts. We have a rich weapons heritage with 18 traditional weapons taught in our system. We also teach various animal forms including snake, crane, eagle, monkey, leopard and tiger to name but a few. New members are welcome at any time.
