Not great
Most of the carers provide a high standard of care but don't expect the same carer/s on a regular basis. The staff usually are never the same 2 days in a row. The company is highly under staffed which means either call times are missed, far too early or far too late. Most carers are lovely but the management side is a joke. It isn't the carers fault, they have to work with what management give them. One good thing about UCS is that they provide a late call, I think until 11.30pm. This isn't great for the elderly though. Most care in the community companies are the same although Unique Care Solutions is probably one of the worst in whole.

don't go with this company
the company employ es people who don't give a **** about the people they are meant to be helping the employees make ridiculous accusations if you ever have a complaint about one of them in all dont ever go with this company
