Sponge

Silicone sponge is an ideal alternative to solid silicone where you need the qualities of silicone but the performance of a sponge. United Silicones can provide you with all of your sponge requirements, including profiles, seals, cords, sheeting and gaskets.

The sponge comes in three grades a low, medium or high-density sponge and we are also happy to supply with self-adhesive backing tape for your applications.

Compound

Due to our buying power with the global suppliers of silicone compound we can support smaller manufacturers of silicone products with competitive pricing on compounds. They can be supplied pigmented, catalysed or in base material in quantities from 5Kg up to 1000Kg lots.

Mouldings

We have the capabilities to produce small volume one off jobs right up to large on going contracts. Our range of mouldings ranges from standard “O" rings to intricate mouldings.

Cord

Silicone Cord is an ever-popular product used in a diverse number of industries. We can supply solid and sponge silicone cords, as well as EPDM and Neoprene cords. Our fabrication department is well equipped to join cords into 'O' rings and seals of any size or quantity you require.

Sheeting

Solid silicone sheeting continues to be an expanding market. Our range is available in four standard colours - white, translucent, red oxide and black - in sizes ranging up to 12mm thick.

The standard width is 1.2m wide and is available off the roll, but smaller widths are also available.

Seals, Washers, Gaskets & Fabricated Parts

Our cutting and fabrication department has a complete range of cutting machinery for gaskets cut from solid and sponge materials. We can produce any cut length of tubing, profile or any quantity of washers and sleeves. Excellent tolerances are ensured regardless of small or high volume orders.

Joined seals from our range of rubber extruded sections and cords are also catered for. We can use various joining methods depending on the application and also incorporate valves etc for inflatable seals.

Colours

At United Silicones we have developed many special colour effects from standard solid colours right through to metallic colours and even glow in the dark pigments. We can colour match to almost any colour so incorporating your desired colour in to your range of products.

Dairy Tubing

Our products include a huge range of silicone rubber and black rubber tubes used in the milking industry. We can also offer ink jet identification, for full batch traceability. Having over 40 years experience, and machinery dedicated solely to the manufacture of milking tube, we can provide you with the product and service that you require.
All of our silicone rubber is Food & Drugs Administration approved.
