Overall my time with Cav was success and a pleasure. He worked me hard and supported me to achieve my goals of losing initial body fat, becoming fitter and learning more about muscle building and exercise. In a short time I found myself looking at quite dramatic results, people commented on the change in my shape, fitness levels and general happiness. This is about laying new foundations for a new lease of life, rather than a short term fix to a long term problem. I have continued to use the foundations of Cav’s training to push forward with my training, and Cav has been invaluable at keeping me on the right track and encouraging me to do the best I can and become the best I can.
