I have been using this Post Office for several years and it is most definitely the best Post Office. The staff are friendly and efficient and the service is great

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
I have used this post office a few times and the service received has been disgusting. The staff are so unhelpful , so rude and really aren’t too bothered about customer service. They have upset me numerous times and told me to go elsewhere and also really upset my daughter. I have already made two complaints regarding this post office and can not see this place staying open with the amount of complaints there have been. I have posted items that they have made an issue about that have never arrived. They haven’t provided me with correct receipts and they have also told me they don’t offer tracked services now…. Avoid , avoid avoid!!!

AVOID THIS POSTOFFICE!!!
I have been using this post office for months and have never had a problem. There is now a new person working behind the post office who is rude and has left me feeling upset twice ive been in there now. I tried to post a large letter (After waiting in the queue for 15 mins) and as the parcel had a slight bump in it & therefore didn't go through the measurements so I took it away which is fair enough. (I managed to post this at another post office) I came back a week later with new large letter parcels. The letters all went through the measurement guidance this time but the same guy said the parcels cant even touch the sides of the measurement guidance now. I said ive never had a problem with this before and have never been refused a parcel from them touching the sides of the guidance. He suggested I go to a different post office in the future. So all of the previous staff members who have served me before at this branch must be wrong and all of the other post offices ive been to?? I left feeling so annoyed the way he spoke to me. If the parcels didn't go through the measurement again I would understand but they all did. Unfortunately I will now be using a different post office. What an absolute jobsworth & horrible human being!
