I used Urbanheyes last year when we where looking to purchase some derelict farm buildings near wigan. We used them to produce building condition reports and building surveys to enable us to decide if the properties where a viable purchase. We subsequentely purchased the properties and then proceeded to use urbanheyes to do some drawings for planning approval/permission. We would recommend Urbanheyes as a professional service with good reasonable costings. They provided us with good advise and proved to be very helpful through all the planning stages.
