Awful!!!

This salon was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I was cut by the careless use of the electric drill and then it was still used even though I was bleeding. Nothing was then cleaned or sterilised or sprayed after the blood on the equipment which is extremely unhygienic! All the nails were bumpy and the white on my French was all wonky and not straight...it looked like someone had stuck some cheap plastic with tipex on my nails. I explained I was not happy with them and I was then shouted at by the manager. My hand was grabbed and she tried to cut them off as I did not want to pay for such a bad quality of service, especially as I was then going to have to have them redone somewhere else. I then tried to leave the salon and I was pushed by the manager and she would not let me leave...she then tried to lock me in the salon. Overall I would report this salon to trading standards and to the police and to the health inspectors as transfer of blood can be very dangerous...would never recommend and would never go near this disgustingly run salon ever again!
