Upset, will never use again!

Unfortunately I will not use V Cars of Swindon anymore. Have been their customer for 9 years now, used them many times each year for in-town and airport travels. Got let down by them this time. Their driver was 9-10 minutes late to pick me up and I missed my train. So had to buy a new train ticket. There was no traffic, no rush hour, no school run, I called them well in advance to book a car - and still the driver was so late! But the worst disappointment was their so called "supervisors". As I raised a complaint they didn't seem to care much about the level of disappointment and frustration I experienced. They didn't care about me missing my train, paying for a new ticket, etc. They considered that situation was normal. But it is just not! V Cars always advertise themselves as being extra quick and arriving always on time - no, V Carts in Swindon is not a taxi service its used to be. And I'm not spending a penny more with them. And neither will my family. Get things sorted, V Cars! Quality, not just quantity!
