Discriminating account manager
We recently took over a carpet business and Valley carpets shut down our account without any genuine reason. The account manager Kevin Scott said that Other companies in Reading threatened to shut down their accounts with valley carpets. For this reason valley carpets shut down our account! It's disgusting unprofessional behaviour from a reputable company. I wonder what the managing directors would make of the discrimination we have experienced and how they would feel about an account manager who is so easily persuaded to shut down existing profitable accounts!

poor customer relations
This company sent out carpet that had line faults, and humps bumps and bubbling in the carpet that would not flatten down. That would not have been so bad except this was the third replacement of the same carpets and was meant to have been inspected by both the Rep and MD, (photos supplied on request)now they will not help resolve the matter, and have left me with a very upset consumer. Which I will now lose money on the job, to sort the problem even though this is no fault of mine. Do you really want to deal with a company that treats its customers like this !
