We teach in a spacious studio with 5 fixed poles. All levels of ability are welcome.
All sessions as below:-

Mon 19.15-20.30 Group Session
Tues 19.15-20.30 Group Session
Thurs 19.15-20.30 Group Session
Fri Private Sessions (please ask for further details)
Saturday 9.00- 9.45 Pole Circuits
10.00- 11.15 Group session
11.30- 1.00 Pole Jam

Group Sessions = £8
Pole Circuits = £4
Pole Jam = £5
(4 week block bookings are available at a discounted rate)

PLEASE NOTE:
Saturday Pole Jam will be an open practice session between 11.30am - 1pm.
Feel free to come along and practice all your new moves. (we will not be teaching in this session but will be on hand if you need us).

Not quite sure if pole is for you, or just want extra tuition?? Why not try a 1-2-1 private session, please ask for further details and other dates/ times.
