brilliant traditional values
This is the best watchmaker/jeweller I have ever experienced. The owners and assistants treat every customer with the utmost respect whether they are spending just a few pounds or several hundreds of pounds. Prices are excellent and far better value than the large chain jewellers. Nothing is too much trouble for them I can't see any way they can improve - unless it's to wear name badges 'cos I keep forgetting George's brother's name!!

Iused this business for clock spares & a wedding ring repair for my elderly mother, they were just super people to work with, friendly polite & of course completed thr job in a ery reasonable period of time on or before the estimated date.From my experience this business could do little to mprove it already excellent service
