Vitrage is a company set up in 2011 to provide a design, supply and installation service, offering a wide range of high quality bespoke exterior windows, doors and glazed structures. These are manufactured by a range of different specialized companies. The company supplies quality products and materials across the UK mainland. The company has won significant contracts between Scotland and Central London and is an accredited dealer of Andersen and Black Millwork Co's products with exclusive territories in Yorkshire, Humberside and North West England.

The service we provide to our customers

Vitrage offers a personalized design consultation, technical evaluation and advice, site survey, competitive quotation with a supply & installation service (where required) directly to users, architects, builders and contractors anywhere in the UK. The company has a wide range of products available including timber, plastic, composite and aluminium windows and doors in many styles and solutions for timber, finish, glass & ironmongery, continually adding new products to the range. The products are manufactured in the USA and Eastern Europe as well as in various parts of the UK - there are no limits of choice for the products offered by Vitrage.

Architecture across the world and over the centuries has been the result of the parallel evolutions in both developing technologies often exploiting newly discovered materials together with the constantly changing taste and fashion in aesthetic form both of which are driven by the ever increasing demands of mankind for improvements in human living conditions.

While the earliest dwellings were constructed from wood, earth and other highly degradable materials, little evidence of which still survives today, in Norman Britain following 1066, more permanent stone buildings were erected over the British landscape. Although this is where our modern vernacular architecture begins, even those styles in design and building construction methods were strongly influenced by the architecture of the Greek, Roman and even Moorish states of much earlier periods in history.

Vitrage Ltd is primarily concerned with the design and construction details of windows, doors and glass structures for the modern age. However, our objective is to design and supply the most appropriate products which are sympathetic to the architectural period and style of the building while at the same time delivering the required state of the art standards in performance, functionality, and longevity together with the best possible value for money appropriate to the high quality levels in the products we supply.
