Wheels collapsed,used twice.No warranty from BAG MAGIC seller on Amazon!

Warning-defective wheels! I would not recommended this case and the seller! Have been used it for short trip and its good stands up to being thrown around well. Unfortunately, used case only twice now and the last time the wheels collapsed. I contacted the seller, no respond for 7 days. Contacted to Amazon customer service. Thank you Amazon! Next day received message from seller :"Apologies for the response time. I have looked into this and have seen you have given a review. We are happy to send you out a replacement case, however we would really appreciate it if you could remove the review as this is now being dealt with and as mentioned before we are more than happy to send you out a replacement case and on return the review is removed please. Thanks in advance." When I asked where is my replacement case and tracking number i received reply from seller: "We are unable to send you a replacement as we feel the item have been misused. Rude customer service, no warranty for defective goods. BAG MAGIC- big MAGIC shame!!
