Warnborough College is situated in the historic university city of Canterbury. Canterbury is 55 minutes from central London by High Speed Train. Warnborough College (UK) is accredited by ASIC as a 'Premier Institution' . It is an independent British College for Adult Education. It was founded in Oxford in 1973. The college has a solid academic record, with high success rates in official examinations (IELTS/TOEFL/Cambridge, GCSE, 'A' Levels), and in having its students accepted by top universities in the UK and abroad. The Warnborough Intensive School of English (WISE) - www.wise-english.com - caters for adult students seeking one-to-one teaching, or small group, for special purposes, and official examinations: IELTS, TOEL, Cambridge, etc. Warnborough College also offers NCFE courses, Business Studies, Health Sciences, Hospitality/Travel/Tourism, University Foundation Studies, Corporate and Vocational training and other study options leading to British qualifications and career needs. Options for Mature Adults: Competency-Based Learning and Degrees
Through Dr Brenden Education Solutions (DBES) www.drbrenden.co.uk mature adults are able to be assessed for their prior learning, career skills and achievements in order to obtain an academic qualification. Using the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) 8 level indicators, a pathway is possible that mature adults will find rewarding and beneficial to their career needs and status. Mature Adults do not have to 'go back to college' to learn what they already know. A door is open for them at many universities, and through 'top-up' their expectations can be fulfilled. Through its sister college, Warnborough College (Ireland) welcomes mature adults for 'competency-based learning and 'competency-based degrees' (www.warnborough.ie). Here study and research are undertaken online/distance learning.

Excellent Courses
I spent a year taking courses in Business Studies. The programme was excellent, and the teachers very friendly and helpful. I received very good grades in my ABE examinations which I will now apply towards an MBA degree at a UK university. The college is based in the university city of Canterbury, less than an hour from London. I met students from all over the world. I enjoyed my studies and my year in Canterbury. Thank you. Eril

All things considered, my personal experience was very good. The school is located in a very favorable position and so is the house of my host family, not precisely in the city center, but just a 15 minutes’ walk along the river (lovely in the mornings when it’s sunny!). I was happy with the classes and with the teachers. I had almost all the time one-to-one lessons, which was very intensive and useful and almost always fun! The host family were lovely and attentive and the housing clean and comfortable.

I would say it was an unforgettable experience; not only because of your country but because of your people. Everything started in December 2013 when our government surprised me with an amazing educational trip to England right before Christmas. I was excited. That trip made such an impact on my life and my future. It was an unforgettable experience that was really worth experiencing and communicating with people who had a different mentality. Coming back home to Krasnodar I continued living my life, filled with happiness, joy, and great accomplishment in my teaching career. Thank you very much for those 2 fabulous educational weeks.
