AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Not only are the fish poor quality and overpriced. The staff are rude, unhelpful and very good at ignoring customers. There are much better aquarium stores around. Do yourself a favour and give this one a wide berth!

I been visiting this shop for years, as I live nearby,I myself have an interest in reptiles,i must say the cleanlness has improved in the last few weeks im hopeing other thing will too, than perhaps I would start to recomend them..

AVOID THIS SHOP
I would never advise anyone to spend any money at taunton watermarque the way in which they keep their pets is absoutley appaling. If i havnt seen dead fish within every one of their tanks(which i must say look like they have been there along time), iv seen lizard look like they are on the verge of death. iv seen animals that even i no shouldnt be kept together in the same cages and tanks fighting each other. As for the advice they give i wouldnt listen to a word of it. I must say though i am only talking about taunton as i have been to yeovil watermarque and never had any problems.

Also ripped off
I HAVE HAD EXACTLY THE SAME IN THE YEOVIL BRANCH. SO GO TO PETS AT HOME NO PROBLEM THERE, THEY ARE HELPFUL AND GOOD QUALITY FISH NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER AT PETS AT HOME.

Ripped off
we purchased £184.00 worth of fish, they were covered in parasites (to which we did not see at the time of purchase) these fish all died within 2 weeks, and all our other fish, the whole tank was infected! I wrote and complained, sending prrof of purchase, the shop totally ignored my letter. I have spoke to several people since and they have had problems too. So any one out there....do not waste your money in the shop, if you value your tank, and money!
