My lively 4 year has been having swimming lessons for the last year and is enjoying it. his swimming teacher Harriet is young but very experienced with the kind nature to make any little one enjoy swimming.

cannot book
Booking - has to happen 7 days in advance and the phone number is always engaged. they are understaffed here.Try calling before 9am, which may not work. Only way is to book in person at reception, so leave work and face getting the sack.reception is understaffed too and cues leave the front door. Yoga -trying to do yoga there. it operates in a dance studio that is big enough for several dwarfs. Gym - The "gym" section has too many cycling machines and few weights machines. thus crowding is a major issue. Totally useless for me as i cycle in a few miles getting fresh air. something a gym cant offer on their cycling machines. value is good if you manage to enter but all over size is too small and service is hopeless.
