Since starting the class i have lost a Stone and a half within ten weeks i was twenty stone. Also my flexibility and stamina has increased and find the class very beneficial

Impressive
I went into this 10 week course thinking i was just going to stretch and keep fit. I was surprised that after 3 weeks, pains that i have had for years had disappeared, i am now able to sit down and cross my legs which is something i haven't been able to do in 20 years. The service offered from the coach is great, just so you get it right he gives that one to one which helps you increase your mobility and flexibility. Just because the coach cares and he is willing to help always, the quality of service is second to none. I would recommend this to everyone who wishes to feel revitalised.
