Ordered a MTB frame in Mid November of last year as a christmas present. 3 weeks before christmas and it still hadn't arrived. After numerous phonecalls I was promised that one would be put in the post that afternoon. This continued for the next few months and since I placed the order by debit card I couldnt seem to get a refund off my bank so all I could do was hope! In April I eventually got the frame, complete with a massive scratch down it! - Absolutely shocking customer service and they dont seem to have a care in the world!!
