Testimonials

This is very good. It tastes like hash oil, it has a definite, but subtle calming effect. I got it to help with arthritis and broken bones in my thumb and radius instead of something else that made me paranoid and anxious that you can smoke. I have tried cod liver oil, flaxseed oil and hyaluronic oils. These definitely improve skin, hair and nails. They do improve, slightly, joint pain and, very slightly, improve mood. But CBD has an immediate noticeable effect. If you take quite a lot, 200 mg of the product, it is quite a dramatic effect. A tenth of that, I find, is efficacious and also pleasant. It is quite expensive but given that it works very well compared with other products which can be dangerous in excess - cod liver oil can make joints worse if more than a gram a day is taken because of excess vitamins A & D in it - it is better quite frankly. Given it helps my arthritic pain after only three days use it is miraculous. So much so they will likely ban it so big pharma can shelve it to sell their ineffective, side effect laden "cures" that do not cure anything and are usually a rip off. I would geuss a gram would last me about seventeen days, so two per month, or about £100, if I am careful with the dosage. A dose being 20 mg three times per day. But like I say if it works long term to eliminate the pain in my joints as well as protect me from cancer it must be worth it for anyone over fifty who can afford it. because it seems to work, at least it has for me.

These chia seeds are great tasting and 100% organic and soil association approved. The chia seeds are so versatile and easy to incorporate into cakes for example. These seeds are high in protein and a great source to get an extra boost of protein or an alternative to meat. I liked using these chia seeds as a snack on the go but also sprinkling them on salads.
