ok but let down by staff
yet again another shop in london that has a is in theory good, is let down by the emplyoment of inept foreign staff. i asked for 250g of the panchetta and for it to be cubed (it said this way was the best on the sign) only for her to look blankly at me and ask again, she had to ask her collegue who eventually understood me but then asks me "how big i want?" to which i reply "oh, just normal size cubes" it took him numerous attempts and got increasingly short with me before i understood him. no apology once this was over. in future i'll go to carluccios in angel, it may be a bit pricier but at least they know what they're doing.
