To ensure we keep our position we always look to improve our products and services and recently we have improved our full production process and facilities increasing factory size introducing new and improved cooking refrigeration and safety equipment and investing in dicing slicing packing and labeling machinery.

Wensleydale Bacon have been supplying Bacon, Gammon, Ham, Cheese and Cooked Meats for over 25 years and always supply a premium product.

The new purpose built factory employs all the necessary standards required by EC-Compliancy inspections and all catering butchers on our client list are required to be present on the EC-Approved list and have full EC-Accredited suppliers.

Since our establishment in Leeming Bar 24 years ago Wensleydale Bacon has made steady but significant progress and the current premesies has made a valuable contribution to this growth. Our 20 strong team of experienced staff run the rule over meat sourced from the best suppliers worldwide but mainly from our local area including The Malton Bacon Factory. We are a family run business which still maintains it`s family values when dealing with customers. Via our carefully selected catering butchers we supply our products to hotels, pubs, restaurants and delicatessants worldwide.

The Wensleydale Delivery Service....

cann deliver fresh produce to anywhere in the North East and already makes regular deliveries as far afield as Newcastle, Manchester, Carlisle and York. However we are willing to deliver elsewhere and would love to discuss your requirements please give us a call.
