Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this firm. Their customer service is terrible and the staff are rude and ignorant, and unable to communicate in a civilised way. Also afraid to say that their level of understanding is extremely low. Everyone I dealt with at this firm needs a lot of training in customer care and the ability to perform their duties to the required level There are much better similar firms within walking distance of westowood, I advise you try them instead

great customer service
need a van then go to westwood and see alan i did and im so glad i did not only did i get a great deal on my new vauxhall combo but the service i recived from alan was second to none i went in a customer but feel like i left a friend,and alan has told me that they now do servicing and repairs i know i will be seeing him again when my service is due

my 2008 vivaro
after many hours trawling the net for a new van,a friend of mine recomended i try westwood and i have to say i was glad i did,they had a wide range of vivaros available,and with the help of the staff (alan and kate ) i soon picked the van i now own.i would highly recomend these guys if your after a van AAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++++++
